Weather

Warm with bright sun. The snow was frozen at the top, heavy at lower elevations and perfect in a band that rose with the sun.

Overall

We had a technical managers meeting in Monterey.

The weekend before was spent in Salt Lake and the weekend after around Lake Tahoe where I was joined by James de Raeve, Josina Arfman and Pete Smith.

Josina was trying cross-country skiing. James and I spent most of the day skiing the variety of blacks down the back-side.
